No. All three of these Katy, TX 77493 communities are now built out, with no active builder selling new construction in any of them as of August 2026. Here is what happened to each, and where to look instead if you want a community that is still actively building.

What happened at Marcello Lakes

Marcello Lakes was a single builder community developed by Princeton Classic Homes, a waterfront neighborhood of about 400 home sites built around 40 acres of stocked, catch and release lakes, with private fishing piers and paddle boats available to residents. The community opened in January 2021 and offered two floor plan collections, the Marquis Series (starting in the $280,000s) and the Princeton Series (starting in the $330,000s).

Both NewHomeSource community pages for Marcello Lakes now display a “no longer available” notice, and Princeton Classic Homes’ own site no longer lists active floor plans or pricing for the community. There is no active builder inventory here today.

What happened at Camillo Lakes

Camillo Lakes was built by Legend Homes, part of the Camillo Companies family of builders. Independent listing site Jome recorded the community as sold out as of November 20, 2023, and NewHomeSource’s community pages now show the same “no longer available” status. Legend Homes’ own site no longer serves plan or pricing pages for Camillo Lakes, consistent with a fully sold out community.

What happened at Lakecrest

Lakecrest is actually three connected sections marketed together, Lakecrest Park, Lakecrest Forest, and Lakecrest Village, all built by Anglia Homes. Anglia Homes has since been absorbed into Century Communities, and Anglia’s own site now redirects to a Century Communities warranty claim form for legacy Anglia built homes rather than any active sales page. NewHomeSource’s listing for Lakecrest Forest shows the community as no longer available.

Lakecrest appears to be the oldest of the three: homes on record date back to at least 2013, and the community’s homeowners association took over from the builder on February 1, 2019, both signs of a community that finished building some time ago.
