Hi, I'm Alex Sung. I'm the founder of New Home Know It All.
I'm a new home sales professional based in Katy, Texas, currently with Century Communities at Katy Reserve. New Home Know It All is my independent publication covering new construction homes across Katy and the greater Houston metro. My coverage here is independent of my employer. I write about every builder and community in the market, not just the one I work for. I'm not a licensed real estate agent, and I don't represent buyers or sellers.
Why Katy, Specifically
The 77493 zip code is one of the fastest-growing pockets of new construction in Texas. New communities, new builders, and new incentives show up here every month. Most of what’s out there for buyers is either generic (written by people who’ve never set foot in a Katy sales office) or comes straight from a builder’s own marketing team.
