Sunterra: the most builders under $350K

Brohn Homes’ Rowan 2104 plan starts from $349,990, and DRB Homes’ 19 plans start at $345,990. Both are within a few thousand dollars of the $350,000 line at their lowest published starting price, so confirm current availability before counting on that exact plan.

What this list leaves out

Morton Creek Ranch’s published price range starts at $377,520, Katy Court’s lowest published starting price is $390,990, and Grange’s lowest confirmed starting price is in the $370s, so none of these three currently has a confirmed home under $350,000. Communities that are fully sold out (Marcello Lakes, Camillo Lakes, Lakecrest, Porter Ranch, Katy Crossing, and King Crossing) are left off this list entirely, since they have no current inventory to buy at any price.
